My writing is intended for children
RAFT:
I could use a song our a poem!
TOPIC: I'm going to write about the adventure of a pair of shoes.
Shoes
I am the shoes upon your feet.
my job is pretty neat.
I take you where you need to go,
even when it starts to snow.
Up the hills and threw the valleys no place is too steep!
For, I am the shoes upon your feet!
I keep your feet warm and dry and I always will comply.
climbing trees or walking beaches
and lets not forget when mom yells GET OUT OF THE STREET!
The adventures we go on, could never be beat.
I am shoes upon your feet!
There is no place I would rather be than keeping
your tootsies blister free!
I'm so happy YOU picked me,
to be the shoes upon your feet!

I understand your Role is a pair of shoes, The audience is a child, the format is a song or poem, and the topic is adventures of a child and a pair of shoes. Great idea, but where is the song or poem?
